Wellness Session: Living a True Life in Balance - When life feels out of balance, we need to take a realistic look at how we make choices and follow through with priorities among the competing demands for our attention and energy. This presentation offers a unique glimpse of what balance can look and feel like as we deal with family life, work expectations, personal values, and self-care. Our wellness counselors challenge misconceptions and unrealistic expectations about balance and offer practical ways to experience a true life in balance.

Wellness Session: Emotional Wellbeing at the end of your Fork - Food has the potential to promote physical, mental, and emotional health. You will leave this class with a roadmap for curbing cravings, improving your mood, and increasing your energy and brainpower.
