PeER Connect Training: Peer to Peer (1:1) in-Person Training for Emergency Physicians

Developed specifically for emergency physicians and facilitated by ACEP peers, this 1-1 Peer Support Leader Training is designed to prepare you to serve as a peer supporter for your colleagues in emergency medicine. 

Based on valuable feedback, what was originally planned as a two-day event has now been condensed into a more efficient one-day format, to better utilize your time and ensure the sustainability of this pilot program, without sacrificing any of the content.

This change allows us to make the training more accessible while still offering it FREE, thanks to our partnership with NAMI Frontline Wellness. The event will still be hosted by the DC and NY ACEP Chapters at two different locations, but now on separate days—offering the same great content at both venues.

AND…not only is it free and an opportunity to connect with your amazing colleagues in some great cities, but you will also receive the following:

• CME 7.25 credits
• A certification to be part of future and longer-term ACEP projects on peer support
