Grab your smart phone, hold it horizontally, and record a 30–second to 1-minute video answering any one of these questions:

• Share an example of a time when the gender, race or cultural identity of you or your patient played a role in that encounter.
• Do you think inclusion is important as an emergency physician and why? 
• How do you think ACEP might optimize its diversity and inclusion?
