The Public Health Department for Santa Clara Valley Health & Hospital System has shared its Drive-Through Medicine: Drive-Through Triage Template developed by physicians at Stanford University.
The template provides a detailed overview of site selection, activation and setup, communications, staff roles/responsibilities, patient management, and safety and security. At the end of the guide, you can download and print templates for signage.
