Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted in writing - via mail or email at sempa@sempa.org - and received on or before Wednesday, March 1, 2023, will receive a refund of fees paid less a $50 cancellation fee. No telephone cancellations will be accepted.

Cancellations received in writing from March 2, 2023, to April 25, 2023, will be assessed a $100 cancellation fee.

No refunds will be made for cancellation requests on or after Wednesday, April 26, 2023. No exceptions will be made, including flight and/or weather delays.

Workshop fees will be refunded up to or on Tuesday, April 25, 2023. Any workshop cancellations after Tuesday, April 25, 2023, will not be refunded. No exceptions will be made, including flight and/or weather delays.
