COVID-19 Protocols & Policies
- All attendees are required to be fully vaccinated and will be asked to show proof of vaccination each day to enter into the event space.
- Masks are encouraged.
- Medical and religious exemptions will be considered. Please contact sempa@sempa.org with your request.
Americans with Disabilities Act
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, SEMPA uses only facilities that are in compliance. If you are disabled and require special assistance while attending SEMPA 360 please call 877.297.7594.
Publicity Release
SEMPA plans to take photographs and video at this event and reproduce them in SEMPA educational, news or promotional materials, whether in print, electronic or other media, including the SEMPA website. By participating in the SEMPA event, you grant SEMPA the right to use your name, photograph and biography for such purposes.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be submitted in writing - via mail or email at sempa@sempa.org - and received on or before Wednesday, March 1, 2023, will receive a refund of fees paid less a $50 cancellation fee. No telephone cancellations will be accepted.
Cancellations received in writing from March 2, 2023, to April 25, 2023, will be assessed a $100 cancellation fee.
No refunds will be made for cancellation requests on or after Wednesday, April 26, 2023. No exceptions will be made, including flight and/or weather delays.
Workshop fees will be refunded up to or on Tuesday, April 25, 2023. Any workshop cancellations after Tuesday, April 25, 2023, will not be refunded. No exceptions will be made, including flight and/or weather delays.
