Section Affinity Groups

It became obvious, early on, that this is not a “single issue” group. Rather it is composed of EPs with very varied skill sets, career paths and experiences to share.

In this regard we are developing “Affinity Groups” and finding spearheads with specific interest or expertise for each of the groups:

1. Alternate employment: Enrique Enguidanos
2. Financial navigation: open
3. Health/Wellness/Aging: Shelly Greenman & Jay Kaplan
4. Coaching/Mentorship: Linda Lawrence (we hope)
5. Camaraderie: Shelly Greenman (pro temp)
6. History: Andy Bern
7. Communications: Pam Bensen & Fred Dennis

Our Affinity Groups are attracting leaders to promote content, recruit members, identify causes, and contribute to the newsletter. The Financial group still needs someone to spearhead it.  If you have an interest, or a name to suggest, please contact us.

The other groups are already busy looking into to showcasing ideas, leaders/innovators, and highlighting them at coming meetings and in the newsletter.  We will be asking you to help populate as many “Affinity Groups” in which you are interested. And to volunteer your own expertise to our efforts.
