Course Options:

Leadership Essentials (previously phase I)
Build the foundation of effective ED leadership. Designed to empower leaders with key skills in managing finances, setting strategic goals, and enhancing department quality, this course covers the essentials for confidently navigating the responsibilities of an ED leader. -
Team Strategies and Applied Management (previously phase II)
Focus on team-based leadership strategies for optimizing your department’s daily operations and morale. This course provides practical tools for creating a cohesive, efficient team environment that supports both staff and patient care. -
Small Group Masterclass (previously phase III) (Prerequisite: Attendance at either Leadership Essentials or Team Strategies and Applied Management)
An advanced, hands-on workshop for those ready to dive deeper. Participants collaborate in small groups to tackle complex scenarios, enhance strategic thinking, and refine their approach to real-world ED challenges.
How to Participate:
- Start with Leadership Essentials or Team Strategies and Applied Management. These courses can be taken in any order and are designed as stand-alone options for new or seasoned leaders.
- Once you’ve completed one of these foundational courses, you’re eligible to attend the Small Group Masterclass to further develop your skills in a collaborative, immersive setting.
