Section Chair Message

Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, I want to first start by thanking each and every one of you for the sacrifices you are making to care for patients everywhere. I have personally been uplifted by the messages of hope, words of encouragement, and gratitude expressed by our communities. We are all in this together.

I want to also thank you for the opportunity to serve as Chair of the Forensic Medicine Section. This section was established in 2006 by Drs. Bill Green and Mike Weaver and we are indebted to the both of them. Our members have interests that include interpersonal violence, strangulation, human trafficking, child abuse, sexual assault, ballistics, accident analysis, and elder mistreatment among many others.   Please do not hesitate to let me know how the section can better serve you, and please continue to share your interests and your ideas.

Join us at Scientific Assembly in Dallas, TX - It will provide a great opportunity to network with other section members.
