Seth Podolsky
MD, FACEP
Dr. Podolsky is Vice Chairman of the Emergency Services Institute and is responsible for overall strategy, operations and the continual improvement of the quality and value of health care across all Emergency Departments in the Cleveland Clinic Health System. Over the past several years, his team successfully integrated fourteen Emergency Departments in Northeast Ohio and Florida. He is a member of the CCHS Board of Governors and Medical Executive Committee, the Enterprise Medical Operations Committee, and the Clinical Chairman of the Emergency Management Committee.
He has a keen interest in using business principles to improve systems of care, clinical outcomes and operational excellence. He received his Medical Degree from the University of Vermont and his Master's Degree at The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice at Dartmouth College. He completed his residency training at multiple hospitals in New York City and is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians.
