Brenna Farmer

Department of Emergency Medicine. She serves as ED Site Director for the New York Presbyterian Hospital's Lower Manhattan Hospital campus. She practices clinically at both the academic Weill Cornell campus and the community site of Lower Manhattan. Dr. Farmer was awarded the 2021 Physician of the Year award for her work at Lower Manhattan Hospital during the current COVID19 pandemic as well as the implementation of a new electronic medical record system. Dr. Farmer also serves as the chairperson for the American College of Medical Toxicology's Medication Management section. She has particular interests in quality, patient safety, and ED medication safety.
