EDDA: Leadership Essentials is designed to prepare current and aspiring leaders in emergency medicine with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in today’s complex healthcare environment. Focusing on the essential elements of effective department leadership, this course provides a blend of strategic and practical training that covers a broad spectrum of management, communication, and operational topics.
