Within ACEP prior to being elected to the Board of Directors, Dr. Venkat has served as President of the Pennsylvania Chapter, Chair of the ACEP Ethics Committee, Member of the Council Steering Committee, and Member of the National Emergency Medicine Political Action Committee.
