Daniel Udrea, MD

Dr. Udrea is a dual board-certified Emergency Medicine and Critical Care physician at the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis. A Midwest native, he returned to his roots after completing his medical training at Loma Linda University School of Medicine in Southern California.

His current research interests span fluid resuscitation assessment, point-of-care ultrasound, hypothermia, and cardiac arrest. Clinically, Dr. Udrea focuses on medical education, resuscitation, and developing high-impact, low-cost learning tools for medical professionals at all levels.

Committed to advancing his specialties and advocating for patients, Dr. Udrea is actively involved in various medical societies, including county and state organizations, as well as national bodies such as the American Medical Association (AMA). Currently, he serves as the Chair-Elect of the Young Physician Section of the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP).
