Diversity
The ACEP Young Physicians Section recognizes systemic racism as a public health crisis. We fully support ACEP’s statement on structural racism and public health. Further, as a section, we want to help lead the effort to make ACEP and emergency medicine more inclusive for ALL of our patients and colleagues. One way we can do this is by proposing resolutions for the ACEP Council’s consideration. If you have ideas for a resolution or thoughts on other YPS initiatives to help achieve this goal, please contact us.
