Mr. Gaines is the Chief Compliance Officer of the Emergency Medicine Div. of Zotec Partners, LLC, the largest privately held revenue cycle company in the US. He is also the Co-Founder and a current Board Member of the Emergency Department Practice Management Association (EDPMA) and Chair of the ACEP/ EDPMA Joint Task Force on Reimbursement Issues. Mr. Gaines is a past ACEP’s Outstanding Speaker of the Year (2007-08) and an Honorary ACEP Member.
