Alfred D. Sacchetti

MD, FACEP

Dr. Sacchetti is the Director of Clinical Services in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden, NJ and Assistant Clinical Professor of Emergency Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA. A full-time clinician, he is also a dedicated researcher and enthusiastic educator with more than 100 journal publications and text book chapters to his credit and more than 1,000 national and international lectures.

Dr. Sacchetti’s recognitions include the Maternal and Child Health’s Emergency Medical Services for Children Policy Leader of Distinction award, the American College of Emergency Physician’s Lifetime Commitment to Communication award, the American Academy of Pediatrics Martha Bushore Fallis award for contributions to Advanced Pediatric Life Support, and the Emergency Medicine Review and Perspective Challenge Coin for his humanitarian commitment to Emergency Medicine.
