Sarah Hoper

MD, JD, FACEP

Dr. Sarah Hoper is an emergency physician and executive leader with East Central Iowa Acute Care (ECIAC). Dr. Hoper is ECIAC's CFO and is tasked with finding opportunities for passive income.  This past year she has implemented an APP telehealth program and new graduate APP trainning program for ECIAC.  ECIAC is a founding member of EMBC and Dr. Hoper is EMBC's Chair Elect.  She has also held the roles of EMBC's finance chair and collective purchasing chair.  She is also active with ACEP, particularly with AAWEP's resolution committee.

Dr. Hoper did her residency at Washington University in St. Louis and spent her first 4 years of her career at Vanderbilt University before returning home to Cedar Rapids, IA and joining ECIAC.

She is exciting to be returning to Indy Class and looks forward to learning about each of your groups.
