Dr. Kummer is an Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine and Medical Director of Emergency Ultrasound at Mayo Clinic in Rochester. His interest include advanced ultrasound techniques, ultrasound-guided procedures as well as therapeutic ultrasound. His work on a national level includes standardization of point of care ultrasound imaging and he is a regular speaker at national and international ultrasound conferences as well as the ACEP Emergency Ultrasound Management Course.
