Adam Krushinskie, MPA has been a manager in the Reimbursement Department at the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) for the past 6 years. Adam works primarily on payer issues including managed care plans and Medicaid as well as state legislative issues such as balance billing/out-of-network and prudent layperson violations. Adam also supports the American Medical Association (AMA) Relative Value Update Committee (RUC) process of code survey and valuation for ACEP and its members.
