Dr. Andrea Green is a passionate leader with an immense amount of experience in emergency medicine. She has served as medical director of multiple community-based emergency departments and as EMS Faculty and medical director. She has also held multiple leadership roles in Texas College of Emergency Physicians as well as in American College of Emergency Physicians. She is Past President of Texas College of Emergency Physicians and currently chair of the ACEP Diversity, Inclusion, and Health Equity Section. She has been honored with several leadership awards including TCEP "James Hays Award" and "Past Presidents Award" and the ACEP "Hero of Emergency Medicine Award" and "Council Champion Diversity and Inclusion Award 2020". She is passionate about mentoring aspiring young leaders. But her joy, clinical practice, is currently fulfilled by her role at University Medical Center Northeast in El Paso, Texas.
