Nida Degesys

Dr. Degesys is the Medical Director of the Age Friendly Emergency Department of a Level 1 GED at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF). She is the Assistant Medical Director at the UCSF Emergency Department, the Fellowship Director of the UCSF EM Administrative Fellowship and Medical Director of the UCSF ED Clinical Decision Unit (CDU).

Dr. Degesys is a voting member of ACEP's GEDA Board of Governors, and a member of ACEP's Academic Affairs Committee. She was honored with ACEP's National Junior Faculty Teaching Award (2023), the SAEM AGEM Early Career Achievement Award (2023) and the EMRA Fellow of the Year (2018-2019).
