Joelle Borhart

MD, FACEP

Dr. Borhart is an Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine, Residency Program Director and works clinically at Washington Hospital Center and Georgetown University in Washington, DC.

She is passionate about OB/GYN emergencies and takes pride in creating presentations that are practical and accessible to clinicians of all levels. She is especially honored to have been named Speaker of the Year by her residents five times and to have received the 2020 ACEP National Faculty Teaching Award.

Dr. Borhart greatly enjoys using simulation to teach stressful procedures, such as complicated vaginal deliveries.
