Megan Osborn

Dr. Boysen Osborn is Vice Chair for Education and Professor of Clinical Emergency Medicine at the University of California, Irvine (UCI). 

She also serves as the Senior Associate Dean for Students for UCI School of Medicine. In addition to board certification in emergency medicine, Dr. Boysen Osborn is certified by the American Board of Obesity Medicine. She is passionate about medical education, ophthalmologic, ENT, and hematologic emergencies.

Dr. Boysen Osborn has published extensively in medical education research. She has more than 60 peer-reviewed articles, won the Clinical Pathologic Case (CPC) Competition twice, and was honored with the ACEP National Faculty Teaching Award.

Dr. Boysen Osborn serves as the Senior Associate Editor for the Journal of Education and Teaching in Emergency Medicine (JETem).
