Torree McGowan

Dr. McGowan is an Air Force veteran and has deployed to both Iraq and Afghanistan. She is a nationally recognized speaker and expert on disaster management, mass casualty response, and human factors in medicine.

Dr. McGowan is a practicing emergency physician with St. Charles Medical Group in central Oregon.
