Dr. Sarah Hoper is an emergency physician and executive leader at East Central Iowa Acute Care (ECIAC) an independent democratic group in Cedar Rapids, IA. At ECIAC, she is the CFO and growth entrepreneur in charge of pursuing new contracts and alternative revenue streams. ECIAC is proud to be a founding member of EMBC. Dr. Hoper is an EMBC board member and the current Collective Purchasing Chair. She is a tireless proponent of the democratic group, where physicians are happiest!
