The Chapter Portal provides a way for chapter executives to access reports and data pertaining to specific chapter members and non-members within the chapter’s territory. The portal may be accessed by Chapter Services approved administrators by using their acep.org username and password.
Chapter Profile Update Form - due upon election of new Board members and/or Chapter Officers

Each ACEP chapter adopts its own chapter bylaws which can be as specific and individualized as needed, but must be in compliance with the ACEP Bylaws. The ACEP Board of Directors approved a set of model chapter bylaws for chapters to use when revising their bylaws. The most recent model was approved by the Board in April 2015. It incorporates a number of points designed to reduce both chapter and national ACEP liability and to assist chapters in complying with the ACEP Bylaws.
Chapter Bylaws Guidance Documents include Guidelines for Bylaws, Model Chapter Bylaws as well as the Bylaws Committee Chapter Review Process.
Many ACEP chapters struggle to manage their bylaws due to a lack of expertise, frequently changing requirements\procedures and the amount of effort revisions require. To address these concerns, ACEP has established a Bylaws Consultant Service available upon request at no cost. This new service is independent, albeit complimentary, to the role of the national Bylaws Committee. The consultant is your guide & advocate for the entire process and will work with the Bylaws Committee on your behalf when necessary. Contact the Bylaws Consultant.
