Chief Wellness Officer Polling Question and Online Module

As you know, we released a polling question in January 2019 onto the EngagED platform asking members for their feedback to the question, "Would the position of a Chief Wellness Officer be beneficial to your Emergency Department?" After receiving a lot of feedback, we pulled the results and Dr. Katherine Sanders created a full analysis that explains the findings of your polling responses. This report was the first step in a series of items we wanted to develop and share in our continued efforts to address physician well-being.

After the report was completed, Dr. Sanders created an online module in which she discusses the results and highlights some of the findings. This report is a launching point for our future discussions we will have at Scientific Assembly in Denver, CO.
