Dr. Gorder is an emergency medicine and critical care physician focusing on cardiac critical care. Her interests include mechanical circulatory support, cardiogenic shock, and regionalization of systems of care.

She currently serves as the secretary of ACEP's Critical Care Medicine Section and works as a cardiac intensivist at OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
