2018 Longevity and Tenure Award Winners

Andrew J. Kontrick, MD, FACEP is the 2018 winner of the Longevity Award for the physician with the longest active career in emergency medicine – 43 years. Dr. Kontrick was unable to attend the meeting and his plaque was mailed to him.

Arthur B. Sanders, MD, FACEP is the 2018 winner of the Tenure Award for the longest active career in the same emergency department – 41 years.
