We are excited to announce that registration for our
AAWEP Women’s Retreat 2025 is open!!

WE WANT YOU THERE!

The AAWEP leadership team is excited about the opportunity to be the first ACEP section to provide an event of this magnitude AND out of the country. We are looking for it to be a huge success, with a weekend full of unplugging from our day-to-day life and coming together as WOMEN.  Part of that success includes you being there.  We are also looking for International Women in EM to be speakers/panelist/moderators.  If you are interested, please email me jvaughn@acep.org for more information.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

The fees below include - your all-inclusive stay for 4 days and 3 nights. Yes, you read that correctly! Unlimited food and drinks. You will not have to come out of pocket for any additional F&B because room service is even included. Your transfers from the airport to and from the resort, AAWEP sessions, and resort insurance (in case you change your mind) are included as well.

REGISTRATION IS EASY AS 1,2,3

To lock in your spot and your rate we suggest paying your deposit ASAP.  As time progresses, the rate and deposit may increase. If you would like a double occupancy room. You and your travel buddy must be ready to pay your deposits together (on the same day). If you would like any upgrades, or to add your flight to the payment plan, that is also possible but will change your individual rate and deposit.
